This project was born a few years ago in Alcúdia as a local business project in order to provide delivery service to restaurants in the area. Its success is followed by the project to expand with a collaborative model to other municipalities quickly in the last year, reaching about 10 areas of Mallorca. At this time the project needs to reformulate its brand and purpose in order to face the big players in the sector. Therefore, we define a brand strategy that initially goes through a rebranding and change in the collaboration model in order to face this discourse and face the expansion stage in a more effective way.
A digital strategy is proposed focused on the acquisition of traffic through social networks and paid media, with the aim of increasing the number of downloads of the application and encouraging its use on a recurring basis, working on the concept of "eating out at home" , a cheaper and safer option to enjoy socializing.
